    Excellent program

    I've been following this plan for 9 weeks and I really like it. I'm a confident gym goer and never been afraid of the weights section. The instructions for each exercise are very clear with helpful pictures. Every week the workouts change and I have found that I have made progress in all areas. Some workouts are quicker then others, but I'm finding they usually take an hour to an hour and a half, depending how fast you go through the exercises. The plan also states once you finish the 8 weeks you can then repeat. So if your looking for a long term plan that has plenty of variation and can be adapted for your level then I would recommend you take a look. I have bought a few pieces of equipment from the store and the quality is just 10/10. Highly recommend for beginners!

    Brilliant!!!

    This book is perfect if your looking to start weight lifting in the gym but don’t want to sign up to an expensive app or higher a trainer! So easy to follow and the way they describe the exercise movements is amazing!! Highly recommend!!

    Great book for beginners and refresher to those more advanced

    This plain simple, clearly written book is useful to all , but really helpful to beginners who have just started on their fitness journey, defo would recommend!
