These bands are fantastic for leg/glute workouts. Still on the light band until I feel I'm ready to move up. My muscles are still sore from a light workout a few days ago so moving up to the next one probably won't be for a while yet! If you are looking for bands, get these now!

I use to have rubber bands which use to dig into my skin and move around but these fabric ones are great, you have different resistance so you can pick which one suites you, also comes with a small bag to store them in. Great for my work outs.
